4月8日，在历经5个多月南极科学考察后，中国第一艘自主建造的极地科学考察破冰船“雪龙2号”首次到访香港，开启为期5天的活动。国际事业香港公司为“雪龙2号”及参加海上巡游的相关船舶捐赠并加注共计1万升优质低硫船用燃油，为“国之重器”提供能源保障。

“雪龙2号”在这次南极科考回航时将香港作为首站，这也是继2004年雪龙号停靠香港之后，中国极地考察船时隔近二十年再次到访香港。由于船舶到访时举行的维港巡游活动有多条民间船只参与，船用燃油需求较大。香港公司积极响应香港中国企业协会号召，提前规划安排油品供应，高效落实低硫船燃资源保障。

除海上巡游外，在港期间，“雪龙2号”还将举办公众登船参观、科学馆展览、校园讲座等活动，展示国家极地科考成就，增进内地与香港的科研交流合作，为庆祝新中国成立75周年营造浓厚气氛。香港公司将组织青年义工团队积极参与相关活动，增强属地员工对祖国的认同感和归属感。

On April 8, after more than five months of Antarctic scientific research, China's first self-built polar icebreaker Xuelong 2 visited Hong Kong for the first time, kicking off a five-day activity. International Business Hong Kong Company donated and refuelled a total of 10,000 liters of high-quality low-sulfur Marine fuel for "Snow Dragon 2" and related ships participating in the sea cruise, providing energy security for "National heavyweight".

"Snow Dragon 2" in the Antarctic voyage back to Hong Kong as the first stop, this is also after the 2004 Snow Dragon docked in Hong Kong, China's polar research ship after nearly two decades to visit Hong Kong. As a number of private vessels participate in the Victoria Harbour cruise held during ship visits, the demand for Marine fuel is greater. Hong Kong companies actively responded to the call of the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprise Association, planned and arranged oil supply in advance, and efficiently implemented low-sulfur fuel resources.

In addition to the sea cruise, during the stay in Hong Kong, the "Snow Dragon 2" will also hold public boarding visits, science museum exhibitions, campus lectures and other activities to showcase the achievements of the national polar scientific research, enhance scientific research exchanges and cooperation between the Mainland and Hong Kong, and create a strong atmosphere for the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the founding of New China. The Hong Kong company will organize a team of youth volunteers to actively participate in related activities to enhance the territorial employees' sense of identity and belonging to the motherland.
