2024年1月1日，贺州市城市管理局与高能环境贺州子公司（以下简称贺州高能）签订了《贺州市餐厨垃圾处理项目特许经营协议》，明确了贺州高能餐厨垃圾处理系统服务的范围为八步、平桂两区的行政辖区。目前，贺州高能已对贺州市城区253家产生餐厨垃圾数量较大的场所进行上门收运，场所涵盖各大、中型酒店、饭店以及部分机关、团体企事业单位，日均收运和处理餐厨垃圾约28吨。

发布会上，贺州市城市管理局副局长林清水强调，下一步市城市管理局将根据《贺州市餐厨废弃物无害化处置与资源化利用工作方案》，会同相关部门深入开展餐厨垃圾处置宣传以及专项执法行动，倡导各餐饮场所诚信守法，不得将餐厨垃圾随意倾倒，不得交由未取得餐厨垃圾处理特许经营权的企业进行处理，切实维护食品卫生安全，确保民生工程项目落到实处。

高能环境贺州生活垃圾焚烧发电一期、二期项目总占地面积126亩，日处理生活垃圾达1000吨/日，年处理约35万吨，年发电量约1.6亿度，其中上网电量1.3亿度，有效解决贺州市市区及其周边县区原生生活垃圾造成的环境问题。贺州高能餐厨垃圾处理项目在原生活垃圾焚烧发电系统基础上，增加一套处理能力100吨/日的餐厨垃圾预处理系统，对贺州市市餐厨垃圾实行规范化收运，实现无害化、资源化利用，以及提高市民食品安全度，改善人居环境、提升城市形象，推动全市生态环境向更高质量尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!都具有重大意义。

On January 1, 2024, Hezhou City Urban Management Bureau and Hezhou High Energy Environment Hezhou subsidiary (hereinafter referred to as Hezhou High Energy) signed the "Hezhou Kitchen waste treatment Project Franchise Agreement", which clarified that the scope of Hezhou High energy food waste treatment system service is the administrative area of eight steps and Pinggui district. At present, Hezhou High Energy has conducted door-to-door collection and delivery of 253 places that produce a large amount of kitchen waste in Hezhou urban area, including large and medium-sized hotels, restaurants and some organs, organizations and enterprises and institutions, with an average daily collection and handling of about 28 tons of kitchen waste.

At the press conference, Lin Qingshui, deputy director of Hezhou Urban Management Bureau, stressed that the next step of the Municipal urban Management Bureau will, in accordance with the "Hezhou Municipal food waste harmless disposal and resource utilization work Plan", jointly with relevant departments to carry out in-depth publicity and special law enforcement actions for food waste disposal, advocate the honesty and law enforcement of catering venues, and shall not dump food waste at will. It shall not be handed over to enterprises that have not obtained the franchise right to dispose of kitchen waste, effectively maintain food hygiene and safety, and ensure that people's livelihood projects are implemented.

Hezhou Municipal waste incineration power generation phase I and II projects cover a total area of 126 acres, daily treatment of household waste up to 1000 tons/day, annual processing of about 350,000 tons, annual power generation of about 160 million degrees, of which 130 million degrees of online electricity, effectively solve the environmental problems caused by native household waste in Hezhou city and its surrounding counties. On the basis of the original solid waste incineration power generation system, Hezhou high energy food waste treatment project adds a set of food waste pretreatment system with a processing capacity of 100 tons/day, implements standardized collection and transportation of food waste in Hezhou City, realizes harmless and resource utilization, improves the food safety of citizens, improves the living environment, and enhances the city image. It is of great significance to promote the development of the city's ecological environment to a higher quality.
