超低排放，是指燃煤锅炉采用多种污染物高效协同脱除集成系统技术，使其大气污染物排放浓度基本符合燃气机组排放限值。在该标准中，同等条件下，天然气燃机排放限值实际上是燃煤机组限值的2.5倍，完成超低排放改造后，燃煤机组的排放标准比燃气机组的还低，能够强有力地推动生态环境改善。

为更加有效地推动落实燃煤锅炉(含发电机组)超低排放改造工作，确保超低排放改造工作任务全部如期完成，龙江生态环境局按照《关于加快推进燃煤锅炉（含发电机组）超低排放改造工作的通知》文件相关要求，积极推进属地企业改造工作。

4月9日上午,龙江县政府常务副县长金国峰带领龙江生态环境局、县住房和城乡建设局相关负责同志到龙江县三家供热企业现场办公，推进超低排放改造工作。一行人先后来到齐齐哈尔昱峰供热有限公司龙江分公司、龙江县龙城热力有限责任公司及龙江阳光热力有限公司对超低改造工作进行现场调研及推进，调研过程中金国锋副县长与企业进行深入交流。

Ultra-low emission means that the coal-fired boiler adopts the integrated system technology of efficient collaborative removal of various pollutants, so that the emission concentration of atmospheric pollutants basically meets the emission limit of the gas unit.
