摘要本文介绍了应用艾默生CMF质量流量计和高清工业相机,依据《JJG1114-2015尊龙凯时·(中国)人生就是搏!加气机检定规程》开发LNG加气机流量检定装置的实现过程。详细阐述了CMF标准质量流量计的基本参数和配置参数,以及现场检定数据的示值误差、最大允许误差和重复性的计算过程;使用海康MVS平台软件驱动和二次开发SDK实现被检LNG加气机的实时视频和快速截图,在PC上开发上位机软件集成CMF质量流量计和海康工业相机实现现场LNG加气机的准确计量检定,经测试比较,检定装置具有良好的交互功能,依据预先设置的检定时间完成自动数据采集和相机截图,有效地提高了现场计量检定效率和操作可靠性,达到了预期的设计效果。This paper introduces the realization process of developing the flow verification device of LNG gas compressor based on JJG1114-2015 LNG gas Compressor Verification Regulation by Emerson CMF mass flowmeter and HD industrial camera.The basic parameters and configuration parameters of CMF standard mass flowmeter,as well as the calculation process of indicating error,maximum allowable error and repeatability of on-site verification data are described in detail.Using hai kang MVS platform software drivers and secondary development SDK checked LNG and qi activity of real-time video capture,and rapid development of PC software on the PC integration of CMF mass flowmeter and hai kang industrial camera field LNG person accurate metrological verification,by the comparison test,calibration device has good interactivity,according to a preset time to complete the automatic data acquisition and verification camera shots,effectively improves the metrological verification efficiency and operating reliability,achieved the desired design effect. 机构地区辽宁省大容量计量站（国家大容量第一计量站） 沈阳计量测试院 出处《中国仪器仪表》 2021年第4期54-57,共4页China Instrumentation 关键词LNG 检定 质量流量计 工业相机 SDK 误差 重复性LNG Verification Mass Flow meter Industria lCameras SDK Error Repetitive 分类号 TH814 [机械工程—精密仪器及机械]
